Retail

You can share your enthusiasm for our diverse collections with our customers as an employee at one of our THOMAS SABO stores – which can be found virtually anywhere in the world. We offer a broad range of training measures and opportunities to be promoted to the position of store manager, responsible for one or more stores in a town or city, or to the role of retail manager, responsible for several stores in a region. As an employee in our retail and franchise team in the THOMAS SABO headquarters in Lauf an der Pegnitz or at one of our international locations, you also have many development opportunities: you are a contact for our own stores as well as franchise partners and achieve the business objectives together with them.
Wholesale
Enter into a diverse, dynamic occupation and work hand-in-hand with our international and national partners. As a member of the sales & distribution team at the THOMAS SABO HQ in Lauf an der Pegnitz, you will be implementing our holistic Retail Partner strategy. As a field service employee, you will be looking after our local business partners at one of our international sites. E-Commerce

Design & product development
Are you passionate about colours, shapes and materials? Then THOMAS SABO is perfect for you! To strengthen our Design and Product Management departments, we are continually looking for people with a flair for trends and a love of craftsmanship. In close collaboration with the management, you will create the designs or be in contact with suppliers throughout the world during production.
Shop Design and Visual Merchandising
Sense of style required: whether shop window decorations or planning new retail spaces and furniture concepts: the special attention to detail makes the THOMAS SABO designs unique, something that is seamlessly extended to the presentation of our entire product range. Create the THOMAS SABO image for our customers!
Brand Communication
Bring the diverse world of THOMAS SABO to life for our customers! As an employee in our Marketing, Public Relations, Social Media and Graphic Design divisions, you will develop the THOMAS SABO campaigns and inspiring brand and production communication concepts and plan targeted, tailor-made image-building campaigns. During their implementation, you will be in daily contact with our Sales division at the company headquarters and at our international sites.
Central functions
Organisation, Controlling, Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and IT: As an employee in one of our central departments, you will take on the tasks associated with modern company management and help to globally maintain and optimise our operational processes in your respective area of responsibility.
Workshop and Customer Service
We live our quality promise. With our in-house Workshop and our Service division in Lauf an der Pegnitz, we guarantee comprehensive and timely aftersales support in line with the needs of our customers throughout the world. For both departments, we are continually looking for motivated, service-oriented employees who have precision artisanal know-how and the requisite sensitivity when talking to customers.
Purchasing & Logistics
Opened in 2016, our new logistics centre supplies all THOMAS SABO markets worldwide. Structuring the international flow of goods as efficiently and swiftly as possible demands flawless organisation and seamless cooperation with the adjacent departments. Scheduling, Warehousing, Consignment and Dispatch are just some of the diverse tasks that you can expect to carry out as an employee.
