Online Trade Manager international (m/f/d)

As the Online Partnership Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our brand's online footprint and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. Leveraging your experience and expertise in online sales, you will identify, negotiate, and establish new online partnerships to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. Your ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders will be instrumental in achieving our online sales objectives and strengthening our position in the digital marketplace.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize potential of international online partners
  • Develop and execute strategies to onboard new online partners and negotiate favourable terms and agreements that align with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for online sales initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with existing online partners, monitoring performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape in the online trading space.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in online trading to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns and marketing activities with online partners to drive traffic and increase sales.
  • Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online trading, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, to evaluate performance and inform strategic decision-making

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in online sales, with experience in setting up new partnerships and collaborations, ideally within the jewellery or watch sector, or in the lifestyle/fashion sector.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages would be advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally as needed to support business objectives.
