To support our team at the head office in Lauf an der Pegnitz we are looking for you to join us as soon as possible as Social Media Manager (m/f/d).
Your mission
- Further develop and implement the global social media strategy while continuously expanding the international online presence
- Monitor social media trends and integrate relevant innovations into the strategy
- Manage and grow the global social media platforms of THOMAS SABO based on defined KPIs
- Plan content and campaigns, including the creation of social media content calendars
- Develop digital storytelling and create visual and written content
- Further develop community management (influencers, talents, celebrities, artists, and direct-to-consumer audiences)
- Increase brand awareness, brand image, and user engagement across owned channels
- Performance management and monitoring, including creation and analysis of ROI and social media metrics; benchmarking, market analysis, and research
Your profil
- Successfully completed degree in communication or media studies, or a comparable qualification in social media or community management
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role within the fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle industry, ideally either in-house or at an internationally operating social media agency
- Solid technical and professional expertise with social media management and monitoring tools, as well as in managing social media platforms
- Experience working with influencers and user-generated content (UGC) in the fashion or jewelry sector, along with a personal network
- Creativity, strong communication skills, and a good sense for text and visual content
- Business-fluent English and German, both written and spoken
- High level of commitment and an independent, solution-oriented working style
- Strong analytical skills and experience in interpreting data
