Retail Coordinator

We are looking for a talented and experienced Retail Coordinator to join our Head Office team.

Key information:

  • Monday – Friday
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • £28,000 - £30,000 per annum
  • Flexible working hours
  • Start date w/c 3rd October 2022
  • Fixed term contract for 10 months.

Core responsibilities:

Reporting

  • Produce daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on store/cluster performance
  • Analyse sales and provide feedback on trends/KPIs to the UK & Ireland Senior Management Team and Retail Team
  • Produce category reports to support Retail Team and VM direction
  • Track success rate on store incentives and provide analysis to help shape future promotions
  • Collate commission and bonus information to provide to Payroll and Finance
  • Compile footfall conversion reports
  • Collate monthly figures from all concessions and competitors
  • Compile weekly sales figures and distribute to the relevant departments
  • Use PosFlow/SAP systems on a regular basis to extract data to support analysis
  • Download and manually upload the daily sales figures into PosFlow for Brown Thomas and Arnotts Online
  • Report monthly turnover to shopping centres
  • Report the total UK turnover to the Office for National Statistics when required
  • Calculate monthly store targets
  • Upload the Selfridges Online sales manually weekly to PosFlow (every Monday)

Communication

  • Create country-specific content for the weekly retail newsletter and distribute to the business
  • Support store teams with general queries by email and telephone, escalating any issues to the relevant colleagues

Customers/Repairs

  • Handle all incoming customer repairs and maintain accurate records for shared access of information
  • Support the UK Customer Service Team with Facebook and Twitter customer enquiries as needed
  • Provide customers with returns labels when requested by Customer Services
  • Reply to all customer emails and manage the inbox
  • Send out stock or packaging from the London office as needed

Additional responsibilities:

  • General administrative support for the Head of Retail and Cluster Manager team
  • Managing the office phone line and maintaining the office
  • Support the Head of Retail with creating store incentive posters, communication and ordering prizes
  • Provide admin support to Head Office in Germany for the inventory process with online stores, attending inventory checks when required
  • Store visits when required
  • Book in all incoming Selfridges Online replenishment stock on PosFlow
  • Book Selfridges Online stock into the Selfridges DC regularly
